Baron Adelmann, owner and president, has acquired an extensive knowledge of the coating business while developing the company over the past twenty plus years. Baron uses this knowledge on a daily basis while working with manufacturers and internal personnel to develop the best products and installation procedures possible. In addition, Baron heads the company management and sales teams to assure complete customer satisfaction.

Through his direction, Techniquex has experienced a long and controlled growth pattern resulting in the largest independently owned coating company in United States. During this period, Baron made quality the company directive, and it remains so today.

Mark Verville, Vice President and Controller, is a graduate of Michigan State University and has an extensive accounting background in the insurance and construction industries. Mark joined Techniquex in 2000 and is in charge of all accounting and financial aspects of the company.
